Agreement
These terms govern your use of the NurseReview PH mobile app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What NurseReview PH is — and is not
NurseReview PH is a study aid for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination. It is an independent product.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Board of Nursing, or any review centre or school.
- Our questions are practice items written for review. They are not actual examination questions and we do not claim to predict the content of any examination.
- We do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing any examination.
Not medical advice
All clinical content is provided for examination review only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any person. Always follow your institution's protocols, current clinical guidelines, and the direction of qualified supervisors when caring for real patients.
Review content can contain errors or become outdated. If you believe an item is wrong, please report it so we can review it.
Your account
You may use much of the app as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Give accurate information when you register, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
One account is for one person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Free and premium access
The app offers a free tier with access to a limited number of questions in each content area, and a premium subscription that unlocks the full question bank and the full-length mock examination.
Where a subscription is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by that store under its own terms. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the store's policy.
Acceptable use
You may use NurseReview PH for your own personal study. You may not:
- copy, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute the questions, rationales, or other content;
- use the content to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model;
- share your account credentials, or attempt to bypass the free-tier limits or any other access control;
- interfere with, attack, or attempt to reverse engineer the app or its services.
Content ownership
The app, its design, and its question content are owned by NurseReview PH or its licensors and are protected by copyright. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you; they grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, and we may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will make that clear in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any examination result, academic outcome, or professional consequence arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
