Can't use the app?
Email jayson.tamayo2@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my NurseReview PH account". We will delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email address and password)
- Your profile: name, target exam date, study goals, focus areas and diagnostic result
- Every answer you recorded, and your study plans
Nothing is kept afterwards; there is no extra retention period.
What is not affected
- An active subscription is not cancelled. It is billed by Google Play or the App Store, so cancel it there first (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or your App Store account settings).
- Purchase records held by Google, Apple and our purchase-validation provider RevenueCat are kept under their own policies for billing and tax purposes. They contain no study data.
- Data on your phone (the question bank, guest progress, bookmarks and your review queue) stays until you uninstall the app.
See the privacy policy for more.
